To make a positive environmental impact on our community, even the smallest efforts can make a big difference. From upgrading household appliances, heating or AC systems to EnergyStar^® rated brands to using filtered or tap water instead of the bottled kind, every step we take to reduce our carbon footprint makes a positive impact on climate change.

We’re taking similar steps by working towards a goal of reducing carbon emissions to net-zero by 2050. We continue to help our company and customers go green by:

• Providing cleaner, renewable Bioheat^® fuel options for customers*
• Using ultra-low sulfur diesel (ULSD) in all fleet vehicles to minimize fuel emissions
• Ensuring that all our policies and equipment meet or exceed industry environmental regulations

Petro is also proud to be actively involved in initiatives like the Net-Zero Hero program, to help raise awareness about Bioheat and inform customers how they can help use a 50/50 blend of Bioheat and heating oil by 2050.
