On Thursday, April 3rd, 2025, the Petro Maspeth team provided support to one of our loyal customers in need. In partnership with Peerless, Sid Harvey, Carlin, and Zemek Heating and Plumbing, we were honored to assist a 78-year-old Vietnam Veteran, by installing a new boiler at no cost to him.
This loyal Petro customer for the past 13 years found himself facing a critical challenge. His old boiler had been deemed unsafe to operate, leaving him without heat and uncertain how he would heat his home.
Recognizing this urgent need, salesperson Michael Milaccio brought the case to Regional Sales Manager Rob Dibona, who collaborated with Installation Manager Lisa Cardet and Service Manager Michael Natoli to ensure the boiler and labor would be provided entirely free of charge.
The generosity of this gift deeply moved the customer, who expressed heartfelt gratitude, sharing that he never imagined a large company would go out of its way to care for one individual home.
This was all made possible by the Petro Maspeth team’s dedication and the support of our vendors and installers, who happily contributed their expertise and resources to make this project a reality.
