Helping hands at a Hudson Valley Food Bank.

As part of the volunteer efforts taking place during United Way's Day of Action week, members of the Petro Poughkeepsie team spent June 26, 2026, lending a hand at the Hudson Valley Regional Food Bank in Montgomery, NY. Their work helped support United Way's ongoing mission to strengthen local communities and ensure families have access to essential resources.

Volunteers Catherine Kreines, Eileen Doxsey, Anthony Simoni, Diane Archibald, Ernie Stumbo, Nicole Allen, Ramon Huertas and Courtney Reilly assisted with unpacking, taking inventory and organizing essential goods donated to the food bank. The team helped sort and box frozen items, dry and shelf-stable foods, produce, dairy, and non-food essentials – all critical supplies that support families throughout the region.

This volunteer day is another example of how our company's core values come to life. By showing up, working together and supporting organizations that serve our neighbors, the Petro team continues to make a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.
