My AC Unit is under contract by Petro. I had a problem this morning where my home temperature was 73°F this morning, while I had the thermostat set to 69°F. I scheduled a service call online immediately. They had an availability for today, 19 June between 12p and 3p. Petro Service called me ahead of time and notified me that they would send out a tech before 12p. Taylor M. Arrived before 12p. On the scene he performed a multi point diagnostic. The refrigerant levels were full, but found there was no coolant flow. He investigated the flow and circuitry and found the root cause to be a running capacitor. He replaced the part, it eliminated the fan grinding noise, and my AC unit is back up and running. Taylor M. Is a superb and professional technician. He is a credit to Petro. Thanks Taylor!
