"This afternoon my husband, took his car to the garage to put air in the tires. On the way, he noticed a Petro truck parked nearby. When he got out of his car, he bent over to try to read how much air he needed in the front tire. The service man came over to him and asked if he needed help. My husband had trouble reading the numbers, and the Petro service man said he would look and would be happy to put air in his tire, which he proceeded to do. My husband was very appreciative and told him that we were Petro customers. The service man said that perhaps he would see us one day when we might need service. "Just want to thank our local Petro delivery person for the smile he gave me and my husband yesterday. Recently, I severely broke my ankle in two places, requiring two weeks of bed rest, and six of non-weight bearing. I lie on our couch all day, unable to do much of anything! Yesterday, Petro came to deliver our fuel. I couldn't manage to quiet our two dogs and it was 10-15 minutes of constant barking while the delivery man filled the tank and I lay helpless on the couch. When my husband got home, he retrieved the bill, and there was a dog biscuit there as well. It's amazing how small, kind gestures can be huge to others. You don't know how much the biscuit made us laugh. We've had a crazy couple of weeks! Thanks for the funny and the great service, Petro!"
